Tseng Li-cheng ( Chinese  曾 櫟 騁 , Pinyin Céng Lìchĕng ; formerly Tseng Pei-hua ; * December 26, 1986 ) is a Taiwanese Taekwondoin . It starts in the weight class up to 57 kilograms.

Tseng Li-cheng competed under the name Tseng Pei-Hua until 2011. Her first international title fights she denied at the Junior Asian Championships 2001 in Hua Chang . She won silver in the class up to 59 kilograms. In the following year she celebrated her first international title in the adult division, in Amman she was Asian champion. She won silver at the Asian Games in Busan . In Garmisch-Partenkirchen , she played her first world championship in 2003 , but was eliminated in the opening match. 2006 was a successful year. First Tseng Li-cheng was again Asian champion in Bangkok , later she also won a bronze medal at the Asian Games in Doha .

Her greatest sporting success so far was at the 2009 World Cup in Copenhagen . In the class up to 57 kilograms she reached the semifinals and won the bronze medal after a defeat against the future world champion Hou Yuzhuo . In addition, Tseng Li-cheng won bronze at the Universiade in the same year . At the 2010 Asian Cup she was Asian featherweight champion for the third time. In mid-2011 Tseng Li-cheng was victorious in the international Olympic qualification tournament in Baku in the weight class up to 57 kilograms. She defeated Hou Yuzhuo in the final and easily qualified for the 2012 Olympic Games in London .

The year 2012 also got off to a successful start when she won her fourth title at the Asian Championships in Ho Chi Minh City . At the Olympic Games in London, Li-cheng made it to the semi-finals, losing the fight against the later Olympic champion Jade Jones with 6 to 10 points. In the battle for bronze she faced the Finn Suvi Mikkonen , she won this fight with 14 to 2 points.

Tseng Li-cheng is studying at the Physical Education College in Taipei . She is trained by Lee Chia-jung.
