The 1973/74 UEFA Amateur Cup was the third edition of the competition for European amateur football teams. It was played in four qualifying groups of three teams each. The group winners qualified for the finals. The DFB-Elf was declared European champions together with host Yugoslavia in Rijeka. The final could not be played after heavy rainfall.
