Before the territorial reform in 2015, Uai Oli had an area of 19.58 km². Now there are 14.89 km². The Suco Uai Oli is located in the southeast of the administrative office Venilale. To the south lies the Suco Uatu Haco , to the north the Sucos Uailaha and Bado-Ho'o . To the east and west, Uai Oli borders on the administrative office Ossu Ossu, which belongs to the municipality of Viqueque, with its Sucos Builale , Ossu de Cima and Nahareca . The northern border of Uai Oli is largely formed by the Buihiu river, which flows into the eastern border river, the Seiçal . In Uai Oli, a river has dug its way through limestone, creating a natural bridge (Ponte Natureza) , which is considered a sacred place. The Uaimalimeli waterfall is located near the hamlet of Aca Uatu .

North of the Buihiu, the only place in Suco is Daule . In the center are the other larger Sucos settlements: Aca Uatu ( Acakuata , Acawata ), Uatu Missa ( Uatumissa , Uato-Missa ), Ualae ( Uaiae ) and Luli Bau . The Suco has a primary school, the Escola primaria Uaioli, and a medical station. The Suco is difficult to reach from the outside world, especially in the rainy season. For the parliamentary elections in East Timor in 2007 , for example, the ballot boxes had to be brought to the polling station in the elementary school and picked up by helicopter.

The four Aldeias Aca Uatu , Luli Bau , Ualae and Uatu Missa are located in the Suco .
