Ulrich "Uli" Zwetz (born June 3, 1960 in Herford ) is a German football commentator .

Life

Zwetz is best known as a football commentator on Radio Bielefeld . At the end of 1992 he began to work for the station as part of an internship and one year later became a freelancer there . Initially, Zwetz took care of tennis and reported on the Gerry Weber Open . He also commented on the games of FC Gütersloh and SC Verl for Radio Gütersloh . Ulrich Zwetz has been reporting on Arminia Bielefeld's soccer games since 1994, initially together with Matze Knop . His first job was at a Westphalia Cup game in Meschede .
