The University of Dallas is a private Catholic university in Irving , Texas , USA .
Precursor of the university was the 1905 Vincentians founded Holy Trinity College in Dallas. After various changes in Catholic sponsorship, today's University of Dallas was founded in 1956 .
The university offers degrees in undergraduate studies and in the graduate program (“graduate”) as well as doctoral programs (“ PhD ”). It is AACSB accredited.
