Ursula von Wiese
Ursula von Wiese (born April 21, 1905 in Berlin ; † May 1, 2002 in Zurich ; actually Ursula Renate von Wiese and Kaiserswaldau , after the marriage of Ursula Guggenheim-von Wiese ) was a Swiss actress , publisher , translator and writer of German origin. She also published under the pseudonyms Renate Welling and Sibylle Hilton .
As the daughter of the sociologist Leopold von Wiese and Kaiserswaldau and the painter Hanna von Gersdorff - Elisabeth von Plotho , whom she admired was a great aunt on her mother's side - she was German; through her marriage in 1931 to the playwright Werner Johannes Guggenheim , she gained Swiss citizenship and from then on lived continuously in Switzerland. Since 1951 she has also spent several weeks on Ibiza every year .
She also worked as an actress, where she also appeared in some films , for example in Romeo and Juliet in the village (1941) and in Jack the Ripper - The prostitute of London (1976).
