Václav Noid Bárta (born October 27, 1980 in Prague ) is a Czech singer , composer , voice actor and actor .

Life

From 1999 to 2005 Bárta was the singer of the nu-metal band Dolores Clan , which released an album on the EMI label . After that he was active as a musical performer and actor. In 2010 he played in the film Kajínek and since 2014 in the family series Svatby v Benátkách the role of Milánek .

Together with Marta Jandová, Bárta represented his home country Czech Republic at the Eurovision Song Contest 2015 in Vienna with the song Hope Never Dies composed by him . The two artists were nominated internally by the Czech TV channel ČT to represent the country when they return to the competition. The title was chosen separately from the artists by a jury of experts; it just so happens that the composer is Bárta. However, the duo could not qualify for the final after performing in the second semi-final.

Private life

Bárta was married to the singer Lucie Bílá from 2006 to 2008. From 2010 to 2013 he was in a relationship with Miss Czech Republic Eliška Bučková. He has been married to the model Gabriela Dvořáková since 2014, who gave birth to his first daughter Terezka in October of that year.
