NGC 6348 is a spiral galaxy of Hubble type Sb in the constellation Hercules at the northern sky . It is about 433 million light years away from the Milky Way and has a diameter of about 85,000 light years .
The object was discovered on June 29, 1880 by Édouard Stephan .
