NGC 6351 is an interacting galaxy pair in the constellation Hercules , consisting of the individual components PGC 60063 and SDSS J171911.7 + 360340 . The former is a 15.2 mag bright, lens-shaped galaxy of the Hubble-type S0; the latter is about 16.5 mag bright, also lens-shaped and of the Hubble type SB0.
NGC 6351 also forms an optical double galaxy with NGC 6349 and was discovered by Édouard Stephan on July 15, 1879 .
