The 2018/19 VTB United League season was the tenth season of the VTB basketball league. 14 teams from 6 countries took part in the 2018/19 VTB United League season. The season started on October 5, 2018 and ended on June 10, 2019.

Tournament format

As in the previous season, all teams played a double round each against each other. The first eight teams then played the play-off round in the best of five mode.
