Valle Sacta is a country town in the department of Cochabamba in the South American Andean state of Bolivia .

Location in the vicinity

Valle Sacta is the largest town in the canton of Valle Ivirza in the district ( Bolivian : Municipio ) of Puerto Villarroel in the province of Carrasco . The city is located at an altitude of 223  m on the right, eastern bank of the Río Sajta , which flows 72 kilometers downstream at Puerto Villarroel into the Río Ichilo .

Valle Sacta is located in the Bolivian lowlands in front of the Voranden chain of the Serranía de Iniricarsama . The climate is a tropical rainy climate with a pronounced rainy season .
