Carrasco is a province in the eastern part of the department of Cochabamba in the South American Andean state of Bolivia .

location

The province is one of sixteen provinces in the department of Cochabamba. It borders in the northwest with the province of Chapare , in the west with the province Tiraque and the province Arani , in the southwest with the province Mizque , in the southeast with the province Narciso Campero , and in the east with the department Santa Cruz .

The province extends roughly between 15 ° 56 'and 18 ° 02' south latitude and 64 ° 42 'and 66 ° 00' west longitude, its extent from west to east is 110 kilometers, from north to south 230 kilometers.
