Vasco Giuseppe Bertelli (born January 23, 1924 in Pontedera , Italy , † November 2, 2013 in Florence ) was Roman Catholic Bishop of Volterra .

Life

Vasco Giuseppe Bertelli was ordained a priest on April 5, 1947 .

Pope John Paul II appointed him Bishop of Volterra on May 25, 1985 . The Archbishop of Pisa Benvenuto Matteucci consecrated him on June 29 of the same year as bishop; Co-consecrators were Ettore Cunial , Vice - chamberlain of the Apostolic Chamber , and Giuliano Agresti , Archbishop of Lucca .

On March 18, 2000, Pope John Paul II accepted his age-related resignation.
