The ordinance on national obligations to reduce emissions of certain air pollutants (43rd BImSchV) is a statutory ordinance relating to the Federal Immission Control Act. It serves to implement Directive (EU) 2016/2284 of the European Parliament and of the Council of December 14, 2016 on the reduction of national emissions of certain air pollutants, to amend Directive 2003/35 / EC and to repeal Directive 2001/81 / EC (text with EEA relevance) . It defines the content of the national air pollution control program drawn up by the federal government, regulates public participation, the creation of the national emissions inventory, the scope of the national emissions forecast and the informative inventory report.
