The ordinance to limit the ejection of wood dust applies to the construction, quality and operation of dust and chip-emitting systems within the meaning of Section 3 (5) No. 1 of the Federal Immission Control Act for the processing or processing of wood and wood-based materials including the associated conveying and storage facilities for Shavings and dust . This ordinance does not apply to plants that require approval. The 7th BImSchV regulates equipment and storage and specifies emission values.
