Vicente Costa (born January 1, 1947 in Birkirkara , Northern Harbor , Malta ) is a Maltese clergyman and Roman Catholic Bishop of Jundiaí .

Life

Vicente Costa received the sacrament of ordination for the Archdiocese of Malta on December 17, 1972 .

On 1 July 1998 appointed him Pope John Paul II. To the titular of Aquae Flaviae and ordered him to auxiliary bishop in Londrina . The Archbishop of Maringá , Murilo Sebastião Ramos Krieger SCJ , donated him episcopal ordination on September 19 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the retired Archbishop of Maringá, Jaime Luiz Coelho , and the Archbishop of Londrina, Albano Bortoletto Cavallin .

On October 9, 2002, John Paul II appointed him Bishop of Umuarama . The inauguration took place on December 13 of the same year. Pope Benedict XVI appointed him on December 30, 2009 Bishop of Jundiaí. The inauguration took place on March 7, 2010.
