Victor Khanye (English: Victor Khanye Local Municipality ; formerly Delmas Local Municipality ) is a municipality in the Nkangala district in the South African province of Mpumalanga . The seat of the municipality is Delmas .

The community is run by the African National Congress ; Mayor is Eva Makhabane.
