Vinicio Franco (born September 14, 1933 in Puerto Plata ) is a Dominican singer.

Live and act

Franco became a singer in Chichí Oliver's orchestra at an early age . His first recording was the Merengue Límpiame el bozo with Antonio Morel's orchestra in 1949 . At the age of 30 he was the voice of Rafael Solano's orchestra , with whom he performed in Venezuela, Curaçao, Colombia, Argentina, the USA and Europe. He was also the singer of the Super Orquesta San Jose . His interpretations of the titles Apagame la vela by Bienvenido Brens , Oye Nena by Alexis Camilo Morel and Siña Juanica by Félix López became famous . His album Ay no, yo no se no with the combo of Johnny Ventura was awarded a gold record. With an album of 20 tracks he was included in the Colección Reserva Musical in 2011, in which the musicians Joseíto Mateo , Félix del Rosario , Johnny Ventura, Lope Balaguer , Rhina Ramírez , Francis Santana , Fernando Casado , Cuco Valoy , Rafael Solano, Mundito Espinal , Luis Kalaff and Johnny Pacheco are represented.
