Theodore von Karman's Medal
The Theodore von Karman Medal is an annual award from the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) for special achievements in technical mechanics . It is named after Theodore von Kármán and has been awarded since 1960.
There is another Von Karman Medal awarded by NATO's Advisory Group for Aerospace Research and Development (AGARD, Research and Technology Organization , RTO since 1998 ) . The SIAM awards the Theodore von Kármán Prize .
