The constituency of Chemnitz 4 (constituency 15) was a state electoral district in Saxony until 2009 . Until 2009 he was the fourth of the then four Chemnitz state electoral districts and includes the districts of Altchemnitz , Harthau , Helbersdorf , Hutholz , Kapellenberg , Kappel , Klaffenbach , Markersdorf , Morgenleite and Stelzendorf .
