The constituency belongs to the constituency association Marzahn-Hellersdorf and included the areas of Hellersdorf-Ost , Hönow-West, Stendaler Straße and the district center of the Marzahn-Hellersdorf election in 2006 . The constituency was dissolved in the course of the reorganization of the constituencies in 2011, as Marzahn-Hellersdorf has recorded a population decline in relation to Berlin as a whole.
