The Mitte 3 constituency is a House of Representatives constituency in Berlin . The constituency belongs to the constituency association of Mitte and, in the 2006 election of the House of Representatives, comprised the districts of Tiergarten and Hansaviertel from the Mitte district and roughly the area south of the Huttenstrasse – Turmstrasse –Perleberger Strasse line from the Moabit district .
In 2016, 30,333 of the 204,769 eligible voters of the Mitte constituency association are entitled to vote .
The constituency was redesigned for the 2016 parliamentary elections .
