The constituency Mitte 4 is a House of Representatives constituency in Berlin . The constituency belongs to the constituency association of Mitte and in the 2006 parliamentary elections included the area north of the Huttenstrasse – Turmstrasse –Perleberger Strasse line from the Moabit district and the area south of Seestrasse and west of Müllerstrasse from the Wedding district .
In the last election to the House of Representatives (2016), 29,869 of the 204,769 eligible voters in the Mitte constituency association were entitled to vote .
