The constituency belongs to the district of Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf and, for the 2006 parliamentary elections, includes the districts of Charlottenburg on both sides of Bismarckstrasse , Kantstrasse and Kurfürstendamm . In addition, the area around Olivaer Platz belonged to the constituency of the Wilmersdorf district.

In 2016, 31,850 of the 217,586 eligible voters of the Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf constituency association were eligible to vote. The layout of the constituency remained unchanged in 2016 compared to 2011.
