The constituency of Neukölln 7 is a constituency for the election of the Berlin House of Representatives . From the Neukölln constituency association, it included the Rudow district and the southern flower district. As of December 31, 2015, a total of 28,218 Germans over the age of 18 were registered with their main residence in the constituency.

The constituency was rebuilt for the 2016 election after the Neukölln district was entitled to one more constituency due to a higher number of German residents. If the constituency had already existed for the 2011 election , the CDU would have emerged as the strongest force after second votes with 40.2%, followed by the SPD with 27.7% and the Greens with 10.9%.

In April 2020, the Berlin Senate decided on a new constituency allocation for the election to the Berlin House of Representatives in 2021, depending on the population development . Accordingly, the constituency of Neukölln 7 will be dissolved again and its area will be divided between the remaining six Neukölln constituencies.
