Walter Fernando Pedraza Morales (born November 27, 1981 in Bogotá ) is a Colombian racing cyclist .

Walter Pedraza is two-time Colombian road racing champion; he won the title in 2005 and 2013. By 2016 he won a total of four stages of the Vuelta a Colombia . He started twice in the Vuelta a España : in 2005 he was 85th overall, and in 2015 he was 136th.
