Christmas biscuits (Swiss: Weihnachtsgüetzi , Weihnachtsguetzli etc.) are mainly sweet baked goods that are traditionally baked in the Advent season and consumed during the Christmas season . Examples are biscuits , gingerbread , Christmas stollen , fruit bread , Förtchen , cinnamon stars , speculoos or vanilla crescents .
