Who does the bride kiss? ( Working title : No Risk, No Love ) is a German love comedy by the director Lars Montag from 2002. In the lead role , Mina Tander plays the young waitress and bride Beate.

Beate's luck no longer seems to stand in the way: she will marry the zoo keeper Uwe. Surprisingly, however, she receives an invitation to a quiz show organized by Arabella on a hen night. On this she wins a weekend on Mallorca with the famous pop star Berry. She accepts the win, but is happy when the weekend with the star is over, because she just didn't feel comfortable with the star and the whole atmosphere. Obviously, Berry only had in mind to shoot a new music video on the Spanish island, Beate herself, found herself rather annoying.
When she got back home, Beate made further wedding preparations, but Berry got in the way again. While her future husband Uwe is in hospital with a broken leg, Berry shows a completely different side, much more human and empathetic. As a result, the two get closer, and so Beate doubts whether she has made the right choice with Uwe as her future husband.
Beate is again in doubt when Berry suddenly puts her at a meeting and distances her in public. So maybe Uwe is the right one for you after all? She is again unsure on the day of the wedding, and even after she has already arrived at church with Uwe, she ultimately decides in favor of the pop star Berry. Beate leaves the church in a hurry and manages to meet Berry just in time. Thus the film story ends in a happy ending for her .

TV Spielfilm judges with an upward stretched thumb: “Anyone expecting a filmed" Bravo "love story will be pleasantly surprised. A lovingly made script and charming actors make the amorous entanglements a hearty pleasure ”. The summary of the program guide is: “Cute love affair with freshness factor”.
