action

Frank Schuster built a life of prosperity for himself. Successful at work, he rushes from one appointment to the next. As a workaholic , he spends far too little time with his family. Only after a serious car accident does he realize that there is more to life than sacrificing oneself for the company. He surprises his wife Veronika and their two children with radical changes. He quits his well-paid job and moves with her and the offspring to a less posh residential area. From now on, modesty should determine family life.

Of course, the enthusiasm of the rest of the family is limited. Veronika takes the opportunity to take a job in order to realize herself and to raise the family income. At first, teenager Janina rebels violently against the social decline, but then finds friends in the new milieu . From now on it is important to make everyday life more pleasant with little joys.

criticism

"Not exactly originally conceived (television) comedy, but it certainly wins you over with the pointed play of the main actor."
