Marcel Peragine

Marcel Peragine (* 20th century in New York City ) is an American film editor and musician who lives in Germany .

Life

Peragine studied film at Brooklyn College , then studied screenwriting with Samson Raphaelson at Columbia University . In the early 1990s he came to Europe, where he settled in Hamburg . Since 1993 he has been working mainly as an editor for television and has edited 50 productions.

He also worked as a music and co-editor and worked on films such as Die Mediocren (1995), Sonnenallee (1999) and Der Mongole (2007). With his music project Eastern Rain , he also contributed to the film music, as in the feature film Arthur & Claire (2017).
