Hans-Maria Darnov

Hans-Maria Darnov (born May 24, 1951 in Vienna ) is an Austrian actor . He has lived in Munich since 1982 .

Life

Hans-Maria Darnov grew up in Vienna, where he attended elementary school and grammar school and graduated in 1970 . During school he took piano lessons and learned standard and tournament dance. After completing basic military service and working as a tour guide on Mallorca, he began studying Romance studies in Vienna and Paris in 1972 , where he also had an assistant position for German at the Lycée Chaptal. In 1979 he decided to train as an actor, taking lessons from Susan Betson and Dominique de Fazio from the Actor's Studio, among others.

In 1982 he moved to Munich, where he had his first roles for television and at the theater, for example at TamS Munich, the Modern Theater in Munich and the Munich Volkstheater . In 1989/90 he was engaged at the Staatstheater Darmstadt , from 1996 to 2001 he was seen at the Small Theater in Landshut . In addition to his work as an actor, he also published poems and wrote a children's book called Mariechen's Mondspaziergang . He presented the poems in the form of reading evenings, for example under the title About love and other crustaceans .
