Bill Westenhofer

Bill Westenhofer is a film technician who specializes in visual effects and works for Rhythm & Hues .

Life

After films such as Stuart Little , Men In Black 2 and Stuart Little 2 , Westenhofer received his first Oscar nomination in 2006 for the film The Chronicles of Narnia: The King of Narnia . In 2008 he was finally able to win the film award for The Golden Compass with his colleagues Michael L. Fink , Ben Morris and Trevor Wood .

In 2012, Westenhofer worked on the drama Life of Pi , directed by Ang Lee , based on the novel Shipwreck with Tiger . In 2016, Westenhofer worked on the game film Warcraft: The Beginning , promoting the integration of a Murloc as an Easter egg for the fans.
