Wilhelm Mohrmann
Friedrich Wilhelm Heinrich Mohrmann (born September 11, 1815 in Hamburg , † May 6, 1891 in Leipzig ) was a judge at the Imperial Higher Commercial Court and a member of the second chamber of the estates of the Grand Duchy of Hesse .
Life
After Mohrmann had entered the Hessian civil service as a court advisor in Mainz, he became a supplementary judge at the Mainz district court in 1848 . In the same year he became a substitute for the state procurator in Alzey. In 1849 he came to Mainz in this position. In 1851 he became a judge at the Alzey District Court . From 1854 to 1860 he was an examining magistrate for the Alzey district. In the 15th and 16th Landtag (1856–1862) of the Grand Duchy of Hesse he was a member of the second chamber for the constituency of Rheinhessen-Alzey. In 1868 he was appointed Vice President of the Mainz District Court and in 1869 was promoted to Senior Judge at the Mainz Higher Court . In 1872 he was released. In 1873 he came to the Reich Higher Commercial Court. In 1879 he did not enter the Reichsgericht and retired.
family
His father was the Hamburg merchant Friedrich Wilhelm Mohrmann, his mother was Charlotte Mohrmann, b. Körber. His mother remarried to the military Friedrich Engel Königer. A half-brother was the military writer Julius Koeniger (1820–1866). In 1848 Mohrmann married Dorothea Sophia Luise Tän (t) zel.
