Wilhelm Wachtendonk

Wilhelm Wachtendonk (born August 2, 1906 in Mönchengladbach , † March 19, 1975 in Mönchengladbach) was a German CDU local politician .

Career

Wachtendonk was a technical employee in work preparation and a union secretary. In 1946 he joined the CDU. In 1953 and 1961 he ran unsuccessfully on the state list of North Rhine-Westphalia for the Bundestag .

From 1964 to 1974 he was Lord Mayor of Mönchengladbach.
