Vitaly Krywyzkyj SDB ( Ukrainian Віталій Кривицький ; born August 19, 1972 in Odessa ) is a Ukrainian clergyman and Roman Catholic bishop of Kiev-Zhytomyr .

Life

Vitaly Krywyzkyj joined in 1990 the Congregation of the Salesians of Don Bosco in and received on 24 May 1997, the sacrament of Holy Orders .

On April 30, 2017, Pope Francis appointed him Bishop of Kiev-Zhytomyr. On June 24, 2017, he received the episcopal ordination from the Apostolic Nuncio in Ukraine, Archbishop Claudio Gugerotti . Co- consecrators were the Archbishop of Lemberg , Mieczysław Mokrzycki , and the Bishop of Odessa-Simferopol , Bronisław Bernacki .
