Wolfersdorf is a district of the municipality of Stockheim in the Upper Franconian district of Kronach in Bavaria . The village has a good 150 inhabitants and is one of the smaller villages in the Franconian Forest .
history
Wolfersdorf was first mentioned in a document in 1279 and was then owned by the Langheim monastery . In the 14th century Wolfersdorf came to the diocese of Bamberg together with the Teuschnitz monastery . After secularization , the village of Bavaria was incorporated and was under the main office in Kronach . On January 1, 1972 Wolfersdorf lost the status of a community and has been part of the Stockheim community ever since.
