Life

Hutter studied from 1945 to 1950 at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna with his father Albert Paris Gütersloh . From 1966 to 1997 Wolfgang Hutter taught (from 1974 as full professor) at the University of Applied Arts Vienna .

Hutter was married four times. He has a daughter from his second marriage, and from his third marriage to costume designer Birgit Hutter comes their son, the actor Xaver Hutter , as well as another son and daughter.
