Wolfgang Johannes Bekh
Wolfgang Johannes Bekh (born April 14, 1925 in Munich ; † December 22, 2010 in Rappoltskirchen , Fraunberg municipality ) was a German writer .
Life
Wolfgang Johannes Bekh studied German and theater studies . After traveling through Europe, he was first an actor and director , from 1961 an editor at Bayerischer Rundfunk (including Bairisch Herz, Bayern for lovers). Employee of numerous newspapers and committed home nurse in Munich . Bekh achieved particular importance for the music world as the creator of extensive monumental biographies of the composers Anton Bruckner and Gustav Mahler . His work Anton Bruckner. The biography of something out of date is dedicated to the contemporary composer Heinz Winbeck and his wife Gerhilde. In the last two years of his life there was also an exchange of letters with the young composer Daniel Hensel .
Since 1965 he was tower clerk , since 1967 guild master of the Innviertel artists' guild .
