Diana "Wynter" Gordon (born August 25, 1985 in Queens , New York ) is an American singer and songwriter.

Career

She first became known through the song Sugar , which she recorded with Flo Rida and which made it into the top five of the US charts . She also wrote the song Gonna Breakthrough for Mary J. Blige's album The Breakthrough and co-wrote the song 2 You for Danity Kane . She also sang the song Toyfriend from the album One Love with David Guetta . Her debut album With the Music I Die was released in Australia in the summer of 2011. The first single Dirty Talk was released in advance in 2010 and reached number one on the US Hot Dance Club Songs and the Australian singles charts . Gordon worked with Jennifer Lopez and wrote four songs for her seventh studio album Love? , including What Is Love , What Is Love Part II , Starting Over, and Everybody's Girl . Wynter is currently writing songs for artists such as Adrienne Bailon, Estelle and Gossip Girl star Leighton Meester .

In July 2012 she released her EP Human Condition: Doleo , the songs of which were mostly produced by the US duo Mysto & Pizzi . She was also the singer of the tracks In the Morning by Robbie Rivera and Follow You by Deniz Koyu.

Wynter Gordon is under contract with Big Beat Records, a subsidiary of Atlantic Records .
