Yacob Jarso

Yacob Jarso 2009

Yacob Jarso Kintra (born February 5, 1988 in Assasa , Arsi ) is an Ethiopian obstacle and long-distance runner .

Over 3000 m obstacle he came fourth at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing and fifth at the 2009 World Championships in Berlin.

In 2010 he was fifth over 10,000 m at the African Championships in Nairobi and third at the Delhi Half Marathon .

In 2014 he won the Seoul International Marathon .

Yacob Jarso starts in Japan for the Honda company team and in Ethiopia for the prison police.
