Yes is the tenth studio album by the Pet Shop Boys . It was released in the UK on March 23, 2009 by Parlophone .

history

The album was recorded in 2008 with producer Brian Higgins and his production team Xenomania . Higgins and his team are also named as co-authors of three plays. This includes the first single Love, etc. , which was created together with Higgins and represents a plea for pure love that is not influenced by consumer goods. Neil Tennant said of the album: "We just wanted to do another positive record."

Michael Schuh from Laut.de called the record "the band's most commercial album in years" and awarded it four out of five stars.
