Załuczne is a village in the municipality of Czarny Dunajec in the powiat Nowotarski of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship in Poland in the Podhale region . The village is located between the Orava-Podhale-Beskids and the Kotlina Nowotarska valley, about 12 km north-west of Nowy Targ . It is the westernmost place in the Podhale region.

Attractions

The place was created in 1596. The place name can be translated as Behind the Arch and goes back to the fact that the path from the neighboring town of Odrowąż makes an arc here. There is a modern church in the village, which is consecrated to the Trinity.

It goes into Załuczne quieter than in the neighboring resorts of Zakopane and Kościelisko . The tourist infrastructure is being expanded.
