Dział is a village in the municipality of Czarny Dunajec in the Nowotarski powiat of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship in Poland in the Podhale region . The village is located in the Kotlina Nowotarska valley basin about 20 km north of Zakopane and 5 km west of Nowy Targ .

Attractions

The place name can be translated as a sheath . It comes from the fact that the watershed between the catchment areas of the Dunajec , whose waters flow into the Baltic Sea , and the Orava , whose waters flow into the Black Sea , runs through the place.
