The rear Pańszczyca Koppe ( Polish Zadnia Pańszczycka Czuba ) is a mountain in the Polish High Tatras with 2174 meters in the massif of the Grań Żółtej Turni . On the summit, the border runs between the municipalities of Zakopane in the south and Poronin , specifically the district of Murzasichle in the north, in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship in the Powiat Tatrzański district .
Location and surroundings
Below the summit are the Pańszczyca valley in the north and the Dolina Czarna Gąsienicowa valley (Seealmer Schwarzbachtal) in the south.
From the Northern grenades tip ( skrajny garnet ) to the west, the rear Pańszczyca Koppe by is Upper Pańszczyca Forcella ( Pańszczycka Przełączka Wyżnia ) and the Middle Pańszczyca Koppe ( skrajna Pańszczycka Czuba ), with which it together the massif of Pańszczyckie Czuby forms in Separated to the east by the Mittlere Sieczka-Scharte ( Pańszczycka Przełączka Pośrednia ) mountain pass .
etymology
The name of the mountain comes from the nearby Dolina Pańszczyca valley.
Flora and fauna
Despite its height, the Rear Pańszczyca Koppe has a colorful flora and fauna. Numerous plant species occur, especially high alpine flowers and grasses. In addition to insects and mollusks and birds of prey, bears, marmots and chamois also visit the summit.

The back Pańszczyca Koppe is popular with climbers. However, there is no hiking trail leading to the summit. The Schronisko PTTK Murowaniec mountain hut is a suitable starting point for an ascent from the valleys .
