Murzasichle is a village in the rural municipality of Poronin in the powiat Tatrzański in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship in southern Poland in the historical Podhale region . It is located on the Oswald-Balzer-Weg panoramic road . The village is located in the Pogórze Bukowińskie mountain range about three kilometers south of Poronin , about three kilometers west of Małe Ciche and about two kilometers east of Zakopane . It is a ski resort at the foot of the High Tatras with several smaller ski lifts.

Attractions

The wooden church of St. Mary in Zakopane style from the 20th century is administered by the deanery from Biały Dunajec . The place borders on the Tatra National Park in the south . Parts of the municipality are located in the High Tatras, especially the Dolina Pańszczyca valley and parts of the lower Dolina Suchej Wody Gąsienicowej . In a start ▬ black marked trail through psia Trawka which the refuge Murowaniec on the pasture Hala Gąsienicowa leads.

The place was mentioned for the first time in 1630. He grew together from several villages, u. a. Mur and Zasichle . The first place name can be translated as a wall and the second as Hinter dem Bach Sichle . It is in Murzasichle quieter than in the neighboring resorts of Zakopane and Bukowina Tatrzańska . The tourist infrastructure is nonetheless well developed.
