Zettenreith is a village and a cadastral municipality of the municipality of Japons in the Horn district in Lower Austria .

location

Zettenreith is located north of Japons and can be reached via Goslarn . A road also leads from Zettenreith to Wollmersdorf .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 39 building areas with 19,944 m² and 48 gardens on 29,673 m² in the cadastral community of Zettenreith , in 1989/1990 there were 38 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 92 and in 2009/2010 there were 39 buildings on 85 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 177 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 106 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 177 hectares and 107 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 174 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 106 hectares. The average soil climate in Zettenreith is 30.5 (as of 2010).
