The parish church of the Holy Cross is in Dielsdorf , a district of Schloßvippach in the Sömmerda district in Thuringia . The parish Dielsdorf part of the parish area Schloßvippach the church district Apolda Buttstaedt in the Evangelical Church in Central Germany .

The baroque, plastered hall church from the 18th century was built using older buildings from the 12th century. It has a retracted tower in the west and an attached sacristy in the east . The church was rebuilt in 1790, 1791 and in the 19th century. The nave , made of plastered rubble stones , is covered with a mansard roof. The interior has two-storey galleries and is covered with a wooden barrel vault. The pulpit altar has four columns with leaf capitals and cranked entablature . Rocailles are placed on the pulpit basket . The simple baptismal font bears the year 1508 as an inscription . The cupboard in the sacristy was built around 1600. The bell was cast around 1300. The organ with 13 registers , divided into 2 manuals and pedal , was built around 1870 by an unknown organ builder .
