Some Wikipedians have formed a project to better organize information in articles related to Wine. This page and its subpages contain their suggestions; it is hoped that this project will help to focus the efforts of other Wikipedians. If you would like to help, please add your name to the list of participants below, see the Open Tasks list, or just dig in and start editing.

Scope

This WikiProject aims to compile thorough and accurate information on different vineyards, wineries and varieties of wines, including but not limited to their qualities, origins, and uses.

  6. Monitor Category:Wine stubs and develop those stubs into articles

  • It would be good to list the AOC, DOCs, AVAs, etc... so that each region gets recognition and work can be done on each.   • The Spanish wine article is a bit of a mess and may (in parts) be inaccurate, imho. There are dozens of recognised regions, which makes it a major undertaking.. mikaul 18:21, 16 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
