Přemyslovice is a village and municipality (obec) in Prostějov District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 18.04 square kilometres (6.97 sq mi), and has a population of 1,299 (as at 3 July 2006).
Přemyslovice lies approximately 15 kilometres (9 mi) north-west of Prostějov, 22 km (14 mi) west of Olomouc, and 192 km (119 mi) east of Prague.
