Výšovice (German Waischowitz , also Wayschowitz ) is a municipality in the Prostějov district of the Olomoucký kraj region in the Czech Republic .
geography
Výšovice is located about eight km south of Prostějov and about 22 km south of Olomouc . The community has 464 inhabitants (2006) and extends over an area of 5.92 km² at an altitude of 280 meters above sea level.

The Waischowitz estate was first mentioned in the early 14th century.
